Orders & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your desired size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details and payment information.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Shopify's secure checkout, as well as PayPal.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey on the carrier's website.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does it take to process and ship an order?
A: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) before being handed off to the shipping carrier.

Q: What are your shipping options and costs?
A:

  • Within the USA: We offer FREE standard shipping (5-8 business day delivery after processing).

  • International: We offer flat-rate international shipping for $19.00 USD (6-18 business day delivery after processing).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to over 100 countries. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Please email us at contact@sojeanstyle.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your name and order number. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Products & Sizing

Q: How can I find the right size?
A: We provide a detailed size chart for each product. Please refer to these measurements for the best fit, as sizes can vary between styles.

Q: How do I care for my SoJeanStyle clothing?
A: Care instructions are located on the label inside each garment. We generally recommend washing similar colors together in cold water and tumble drying on low to maintain the quality and color of your items.
